Food report

Well, I had to indulge a few times today, too.  Little bit of ice cream, a dark chocolate bar (hey, that’s good for my heart, right?) a FEW Doritos.  Lunch was pork chop sandwiches and dinner was tuna sandwiches.  What will I do without sandwiches???

I only have to go without for a couple of weeks.  Maybe not even that long.  And really I still have most veggies, most fruit, nuts, and meat.  That should be plenty…it’s not a starvation diet.  Not even a low cal diet.  I should do just fine…
