My headache is gone.

Thank god.  But the migraine or the meds always leave me feeling weird; kinda disoriented and sicky.

Anyone out there know anyone who has tried this diet approach for any reason?  I would love to hear from you (or them).  What was the hardest part?  And has it paid off?

So far today, every thing I’ve eaten has been on the future NO list.  Except a half of a fig.  I had an orange and toast for breakfast with a cup of hot milk.  A half cup of coffee with milk.  And Kevin is bringing over hamburgers for lunch.  My diet is certainly going to be different than normal after Thursday!  Wonder how it will feel…
